China’s vehicle tires output is 0.13 billion, and retreaded tired is about 7 million, and the proportion of new tires to retreaded tires is nearly 20:1. However, in developed countries it is 9:1 and 10:1. Improving our tire retreading technology and speed up the development of our tire retreading business has become an imperative task for the tire manufacturers.
